Building a multilingual website
A useful language version needs its own content, navigation and working customer journey.
When is an existing tool enough, and when does custom software make sense? Compare scope, process and costs.
For many business processes an existing accounting, planning or CRM tool is the quickest practical option. Custom development becomes relevant when established tools require repeated workarounds or duplicate entry. Describe the actual friction before deciding to replace software that already works.
Custom software supports your own process, such as quoting rules or planning. A SaaS product serves several customers and adds user roles, subscriptions and separation between customers. Those responsibilities change the scope: a working internal screen is not yet a complete commercial product.
MAAS starts with a free audit, then a free mockup and a written fixed-price proposal. A custom web app starts at €8,500; custom software or SaaS ranges from €8,500 to €16,500 depending on scope, excluding 21% VAT. Larger projects need their own agreed planning.
Payment is divided into 50% at agreement and 50% at delivery before launch. Full payment transfers ownership of design, code, content and domain. SaaS maintenance requires a separate agreement appropriate to product scale; the €49 monthly offer for simpler packages is not a universal SaaS maintenance price.
Email the task you would like to improve and the software you use. Receive a personal response about a suitable first step; you do not need to choose a pilot yet.

Separate hosting, maintenance and content changes when comparing ongoing website costs.
A monthly amount is only useful when you also know the term and the work it includes.
