How does this assessment work?
This rules-based self-assessment evaluates your answers, not your systems or website. Below two hours of work per month, we recommend a simple process first. The fixed pilot indication applies only to customer enquiries involving up to two systems, ordinary digital business data and human review. All other situations need a discussion first.
