You pay only the first monthly instalment. I build your site and take it live — usually within 3 to 4 weeks.
Months 2–12
Everything stays handled
The same amount each month. Hosting, domain, SSL, updates, backups, monitoring and 30 minutes of changes a month are all included.
From month 13
The site is yours
Code, content and domain transfer to you. You can stay for €49 a month of care, cancellable monthly. Leaving is just as fine — you take everything with you.

The same arrangement for custom software: no separate deposit, a fixed amount for 12 months, and it's written into the agreement upfront that the source code then sits in your own Git — no vendor who can lock you into their platform.

What does a website by MAAS·studios cost?
A landing page starts at €990, a complete custom site is €2,950 and a webshop or multilingual site starts at €5,750 — always one fixed price upfront, excl. VAT. Custom software and SaaS start at €8,500. Prefer monthly payments? A complete website is also available on subscription from €199 a month, and it's yours after 12 months.
How do payments work?
In two instalments: 50% on approval of the proposal and 50% on delivery, before go-live. You can pay by bank transfer, iDEAL or SEPA, with a 14-day payment term. The audit and proposal upfront are free. On the monthly subscription that 50/50 split doesn't apply: there's no deposit, just monthly instalments paid in advance. The term differs per package and is shown on the subscription page.
How long does a project take?
On average 3–4 weeks from approval to go-live. A single landing page can be done in 1–2 weeks; a webshop or multilingual platform is planned realistically together.
Who owns the website afterwards?
You do, entirely. After the final payment, design, code, content and domain transfer 100% to you. No vendor lock-in: you can move elsewhere at any time without losing anything.
What happens after go-live?
Every site ships with 6 months of aftercare for bug fixes. Optionally there is Care & hosting at €49 per month: hosting in Frankfurt (EU), updates, backups, monitoring and 30 minutes of changes per month — cancellable monthly.
Does MAAS·studios work outside Rotterdam?
Yes. From Rotterdam I work for businesses across the Netherlands and Europe. Sites can be delivered in five languages (Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish) and remote collaboration works just as well.
How does the €199-a-month website subscription work?
You pay the first month in advance, with no separate deposit: I build and host your site and you pay €199 a month for 12 months (excl. VAT), €2,388 in total. You get a complete website of up to 6 pages, built on my proven setup; the required privacy, cookie and terms pages don't count towards that. Hosting, domain, SSL, maintenance and 30 minutes of changes a month are included. After the final instalment the code, content and domain become yours.
