Website subscription — €249 a month

A complete website for €249 a month, with nothing to pay upfront. Hosting, domain and maintenance are included. After 12 months the payments stop and the code, content and domain transfer to you — you're tied to nothing after that.

What is a website subscription?

With a website subscription you don't pay a large amount upfront, but a fixed amount each month. For most business owners that is the real barrier: not the price of a good website, but having it leave the account all at once.

Here a complete website costs €249 a month for 12 months. There is no deposit and no setup fee. After the final instalment the website is yours — including the source code, the content and the domain name.

What you get for €249 a month

Everything is included; no separate invoice follows:

How it works: 12 months, then it's yours

WhenWhat happensWhat you pay
Month 1I build your site and take it live — usually within 4 to 6 weeksOnly the first monthly instalment, no deposit
Months 2–12Hosting, domain, maintenance and your changes continue€249 a month
From month 13Code, content and domain transfer to youNothing more, or €59 a month if you want to keep the maintenance
Staying is a choice, not an obligation. If you want to leave after 12 months you take everything to another party — at no cost and with nothing held back.

What does it cost in total?

Over the full term you pay €2,988 (excl. VAT): 12 instalments of €249. That covers the build, the hosting, the domain and a year of maintenance.

If you'd rather pay once, you can: a landing page starts at €1,450 and a complete custom site is €3,750, with maintenance separately at €59 a month. Then the site is yours straight away. Which of the two works out better depends on what you can spare now — not on what I'd prefer to sell. See the one-off packages.

How this differs from other website subscriptions

Website subscriptions aren't new, but with most providers the site stays the provider's property. You keep paying for as long as you're a customer, and when you stop you're left with nothing — no code, sometimes not even your own copy. That isn't a subscription, it's a rental.

Here it's the other way round: the term is 12 months and after that the website is demonstrably yours. That isn't just sales copy, it's in the terms and conditions: ownership transfers after the final instalment, I hand over the complete source code, the content and the domain within 14 days, and I stipulate no continuing licence or hosting obligation.

For custom software too

The same arrangement applies to software: a web app or SaaS product for €795 a month over 12 months (€9,540 in total, excl. VAT). After that the source code sits in your own Git repository.

That is roughly the same as the one-off price of a web app (€9,500) — you're spreading the payment, not buying it cheaper. What you do gain is that no vendor can lock you into their platform. Discuss your idea.

The terms in short

Start with nothing upfront

It starts like every project here: with a free audit of your current site and a free mockup of your new homepage. Only once you like what you see do we agree the subscription. You pay nothing until then. Request the free audit or first look at the subscription on the homepage.
