What the monthly service includes
The MAAS website maintenance offer is €49 per month excluding VAT, cancellable monthly. It covers website hosting in Frankfurt in the EU, updates, backups, monitoring and 30 minutes of changes per month. This website offer is not a universal price for custom software operations.
Which work is separate
A text change or opening-hours update may fit the included time. A new page, integration or substantial redesign requires a separate agreement. Domain registration and external licences are separate costs; check their current supplier prices before signing.
Check how maintenance is demonstrated
Agree which components are updated, how incidents are reported and who can restore a backup. Ask how frequently backups are made and when a recovery test was last completed. A monitoring notification and a resolved incident are different outcomes.
Ownership and cancellation
After full payment, the agreed website design, code, content and domain belong to you. Monthly maintenance is a separate choice. When moving provider, arrange access, files, data export and the responsibilities during transfer before cancelling the existing service.
