A monthly amount is only useful when you also know the term and the work it includes.
Compare the scope first
The €199 monthly website plan uses a defined layout and scope; a €2,950 fixed-price custom website allows a different design scope. They are different products. Compare page count, design freedom, integrations and included support before comparing totals.
Understand the monthly term
The website plan is €199 for 12 months, totalling €2,388. The webshop plan is €329 for 24 months, totalling €7,896. The software plan is €715 for 12 months, totalling €8,580. Amounts exclude VAT; the first month is paid upfront and the agreed term is binding.
Understand the fixed-price route
A fixed-price project is normally paid 50% on agreement and 50% on delivery before launch. The final proposal defines what is delivered and the applicable amount. Ownership transfers after full payment; ongoing hosting and maintenance are separately specified.
Plan what happens afterwards
After the agreed monthly term and full payment, ownership transfers according to the contract. Optional website or webshop maintenance starts at €49 monthly; SaaS management starts at €149 monthly. Check what you retain and which services continue before choosing a route.
