Building a multilingual website
A useful language version needs its own content, navigation and working customer journey.
Local visibility starts with accurate information about where and how you actually work.
Google Business Profile requires in-person customer contact during stated hours. Online-only businesses are not eligible. Check Google's eligibility guidance before creating a profile; do not invent an office or public customer address.
Use the actual business name, contact details, service area and opening hours across your site and relevant listings. Review exceptions such as holiday hours. Visitors should understand whether you serve their location before they submit an enquiry.
Explain real services and local projects with appropriate permission. Use authentic reviews and describe qualifications you actually hold. Avoid duplicated pages with only the place name changed, fabricated ratings and promises of a first-place search position.
Read the local service page on a phone, try the contact options and send a test enquiry. Track visits, contact clicks and received enquiries separately. A website check can identify technical issues; it cannot guarantee that Google will display your business at a particular position.
Email the task you would like to improve and the software you use. Receive a personal response about a suitable first step; you do not need to choose a pilot yet.

Separate hosting, maintenance and content changes when comparing ongoing website costs.
A monthly amount is only useful when you also know the term and the work it includes.
